Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will also require a photo of the item (s) emailed to bodbygod@gmail.com showing the reason for the refund claim such as poor ink quality. Once we have reviewed your claim we will inform you if it has been accepted for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, refunds are only offered on any apparel that was printed with a defect during the print process, and that determination of an approved defect is reserved for Bod By God Apparel.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have not received your refund in 7 days of approval, please contact us at bodbygod@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during production. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bodbygod@gmail.com and send your item to: 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 2827
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if Bod By God Apparel approves your refund, the return shipping costs will also be refunded to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
