Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BOD BY GOD. Each product is made especially for you after your order is placed. Producing items on demand helps us reduce excess inventory and unnecessary waste.

Order Processing

After your order is confirmed, it is sent to our production partner for fulfillment. Most orders are produced, quality-checked and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, major promotions or periods of unusually high demand.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after production is complete.

• United States: Approximately 1–8 business days

• International destinations: Approximately 1–20 business days

Most US customers should receive their orders within approximately 3–13 business days after placing them. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Your order may be shipped by USPS or another available carrier, depending on the product, destination and fulfillment location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to display movement.

You can also check your shipment through the Track My Order link on our website.

Separate Shipments

Because products may be fulfilled at different facilities, an order containing multiple items may arrive in more than one package. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because an order is divided into multiple packages.

Shipping Costs

BOD BY GOD provides free US shipping on orders of $50 or more. Shipping charges for orders below $50 and eligible international orders are displayed during checkout.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other fees required by their country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Customs processing may also extend the delivery timeframe.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Once an order enters production or ships, we may be unable to change or redirect it.

BOD BY GOD is not responsible for delivery delays or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Delayed or Missing Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally occur because of weather, holidays, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking information has not updated for several business days or your package appears to be missing, please contact us at bodbygod@gmail.com with your name and order number. We will help investigate the shipment with the carrier.
